Real Estate

Why us?

A love of beach and seaside property in our family's blood for many years ! A note from our original founder. From a boy of about age 7 my family who lived in Melbourne Australia used to take our winter holidays each year in the far north of beautiful tropical Queensland a big change from the cold wintery days in the Victoria. When we drove up north it was the very early days of beach land first being subdivided at Noosa, Sunshine and Airlie Beach and Shute Harbour etc in the far  north of Queensland .Every day was a joy with warm weather, swaying palm trees and crystal clear blue seaside’s and the only sign of any real estate offices ever  were caravans parked on freshly subdivided flagged plots that one salesman was offering for extremely low prices like $1,000 each ! My mother bought 3 lots of land for $1,000 each and resold them many years later for $300,000 each a fantastic return

Why invest in Thailand?

Phuket and Krabi - The market in both these extraordinarily beautiful seaside Thai  locations after Covid sure has really rebounded! Krabi is a most beautiful part of the world..it is full of amazing limestone/granite geological islands and mountains that are truly stunning..it is the gateway to hidden paradises like Koh Phi Phi including Maya bay, Koh Yao Yai and Koh Yao Noi and many beautiful islands. Out of interest ost of the islands and sea mounts in Krabi running up the west coast of Thailand are mainly composed of intrusive granitoids. These rocks are formed as a result of magma bubbling up from deep within the earth and forming protrusions and small mountains over millions of years. It is so beautiful many of the movie studios have  made some great  movies like, The Man with the Golden Gun filmed near Krabi on "James Bond Island "and "The Beach".
